LED Lighting

$aving big bucks

We have LED bulbs for commercial

 and residential applications.

 120v to 277v

Our retro fit T-8-T12 replacements

require no ballast.

Uses 18 watts of power to replace

32-40 watts of power. Upto 50%

less and no ballast replacement cost.

Last for about 11 years(12hrs/day)

50,000 hrs.

Simplicity at it's best. 120 volts right

to the bulb.

Our 4 ft LED bulbs use no ballast. We can also retro fit 2ft

 up to 8 ft fixtures.

Same thing goes for parking lot lighting, building lighting,

recessed lighting and so on.

They are good for -13f to 150f and upto 50,000 hrs.

Runing for 12 hrs a day, that is about 11 years.

Again, with no ballast to replace and only use about

 18 watts compared to 32 or 40.

Replacing T-12, T-8 which are the most common in

commercial and residential offices, homes, shops and

garages.

If you have a very hard to reach bulb this is your answer.

If you want to be energy effciant, this is your answer.

 No Mercury. No harmonic distortion.

No special switching for the 2-8ft LED replacements.

How do we do a retro fit?

Assess the existing lighting. We rewire the fixture.

We can leave the exisitng ballast in the fixture or

remove it, that is your choice.  Install the new bulb or

bulbs and you are good to go.

We reuse the same sockets in mostly all applications.

Quick calculations:

(1) 32 watt bulb running for 12 hrs a day 30 days a

 month @.15/kW

$1.72 per month per bulb $20.64/yr plus ballast

replacement of $85.00-$125.00 and proper disposal.

Plus $5.00 to replace the bulb. Total cost

$110.64/yr/bulb

Socket replacement is also a factor to consider due to

the constant changing of the bulbs. That could be

another $20-$30 savings. Plus, fixtures can get

damaged from to many hands on them from

maintainence as well. That goes for any type of fixture

under normal conditions. (1) 18 watt LED 4 ft tube

per bulb same situation.

$0.87/month or $10.44/yr. No ballast replacement

and no bulb replacement for a long time. No special

disposal.

You save $100/year/bulb at least. Each bulb that is

replaced will pay for itself in less then one year.

Check it out!!

Q1A. Can you tell which one is an LED or T-12 bulb?

Click on the solar/wind tab for the answer.

LED bulbs are the top of the line in

lighting.More up front cost but, way

better savings.

                         CFL Bulbs

Did you know?

One CFL bulb can save an average of $30 a year. That is just replacing

light bulbs.

Dimmable CFL's are now available.

Imagine replacing them on a grander scale.Vision all the other

green solutions at work for you

Easy Money/Simple Numbers

One nine Watt CFL puts out 40 watts

of power-lighting.

That is about 70% less power needed per light

bulb vs. a regular bulb. If you had (30) 40 watt

bulbs that is 1,200 watts.

Now let's do (30) 9 watt CFL's. WOW that is

 only 270 watts.

About 75% savings on ligting cost per year.

We can replace all our bulb for you.

Small Job/Big Reward$:

We can incorporate these solutions into your home or business.

Staring out small will lead to bigger steps.

Rewiring a home or an addition is a great way to

 to incorporate the green technology.

Let us show you the light

You can start saving today. We can install your ligting and make

it so it will cost much less to use. How much? About 70% less per

bulb. We have incopoerated our 20 plus years of elecrical

knowledge with green technology to provide electrical services

and energy solutions all in one. There are many was to reduce

your cost. Not only can we repair or replace your electical but,

we can also reduce the cost of using it.

Step 1

Make sure your electrical system in your home or

business is running correctly. Replace faulty switches,

rec, fixtures, and motors.  A system check up twice

a year is always a good investment. Use Energy Star

 appliances.

Step 2

Replace switches with motion sensors, timers,

photo eyes, and dimmers. Use only when you need to.

These type of switches will automaticly shut off  at your

discretion. Use a digital T-stat on your

baseboard heating.

Change your HVAC filtrers every three months.

Step 3

Replace your existing bulbs with CFL or LED bulbs.

 Huge $avings.

Please note. Not all CFL bulbs fit into all fixtures.

Sizing the right bulb (size and style) for the right fixture

is key. We can rerofit indoor/outdoor fixtures and parking

lot lights. If you need to disspose of a CFL bulb take them

to Home Depot. They will disopse of them for free

 Step 4

Install a solar attic fan to reduce not only the utility

use of the fan but, also your HVAC cost's, reducing

moisture, longevity of your roof and decking. The list

goes on and on for why you do not want hot air sitting

in your attic.

Step 5-Start suplementing

Use solar tube lighting for day lighting or solar with

battery power for night time. No, not those solar fixtures

you get from LOWES. Let us show you how we can run

your existing 12volt or 120 volt fixtures off of

solar/wind power using a hybrid sytem or on grid tie

 system.

Do you have an electrical issue? We can help.

Holiday Lighting Installations

Do not wait until the last minute. Proper planing is needed.

Even the little installations need time for preporation.

We can design, provide an install your holiday lighting.

We can provide a control system to make them automatic

and the ciruits to power them.We also can provide your

lights in reg. or LED bulbs.  This is on a first come first

severe basis for installation.

It does take proper planing to install your

lighting so ample time is needed.
