 SPECIAL ATTENTION!

Did you know that your outlets and panels need to be checked every year for loose connections?

In new construction the outlets are "stabbed" in the back of the device instead of putting the wire around the screws on the device. This "stabbing" leads to a loose connection over a course of a year or years by plugging and unplugging or turning off and on.

Don't let that           turn into this

In older homes a lot of the connections are just taped up. A home inspection of these situations is a small price to pay for you and your family's safety.

We install Em. Backup Generator's

Having a home back up generator system is critical these days. They can go a long way protecting you home. A small investment can save thousands in damages.

We offer:

Home standby-a home standby generator system is automatic. It comes on when the power goes out. Normally powered by natural gas or propane. It has an (ATS) automatic transfer switch thattransfers the power from utility to the generator panel. You must have specific circuits picked out to back up for any generator system the most criticle are sump pumps, refrigerators, TV and general lighting. Themore you want ot back up te more expensive it gets. RRember it is for emergency use, so doing without certain non crucial things can save you thousands.

Portable- A portable generator is an economical way of getting back up power. This system can be hooked to a manual generator panel that we install or simply run cords off the generator to your  critical electrical devices you need running. This system consist of a plug in cord, then that gets plugged into a generator panel with switches on it. If the power is out you simply plug in the generator to the generator panel turn the switches to utility power backing up your specific loads. TThese generators come in key start and pull start. Most consumers go this route. The customer usually buys the generator and then we come in and do the rest of the hook ups.

Solar battery system- This system gives you the most options in regard to pay back. Generally used for small critical loads like a sump pump, small TV and general lighting. The benefits of this system it requires no gas and oil and can last for many years. You also get a 30% tax credit. The system consist of 1 or two solar panels, 4-10 batteries, charge controller and an inverter. This system stores the energy when you need it. It can also be hooked to your electrical panel and reduce your electrical bill. That is an option. Once the energy is stored in the batteries the energy then can go to your electrical loads in your home when the grid is on so it can work both ways, instead of having a gas generator just sitting around doing nothing this system can pay you back. It makes no sounds, no pollution, and the energy is free. We recommend this system for again small loads.
